“Besides my interest in medical and health sciences, I am also interested in languages. I realized that language plays an important role as a communication tool that allows everyone to understand each other. I used to work as a freelance translator (especially medical documents). After becoming a sworn translator (WBTV nr. 40120), I switched my career as a full-time translator.
After working on translation for a while, I am also interested in interpreting. Therefore I decided to take interpreting courses. After passing the exam, I am able to register as a sworn interpreter (Thai-Dutch), which allows me to provide a full range of document and verbal translation services.
“I have a lot of love and passion for this profession. I enjoy working in the field of translation and interpretation. Moreover, I enjoy every moment that I act as a medium for people from different languages and cultures to understand each other.”
